Let's get to know each other better. My name is Ruslan Onufriienko,
I'm the founder of Blue Collar Works, a consulting agency that was born out of a personal story, namely my first trip abroad to work in the Czech Republic.

After working in public service and gaining personal experience abroad, I decided to change the rules of the game. In 2021, an agency was born that:• speaks honestly about working conditions,• supports people at every stage,• doesn’t sugarcoat vacancies with “marketing.”
