1.General provisions

1.1. This Agreement on the terms of use of the information resources of the Internet portal ‘Blue Collar Works BCW’ (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) defines the following:1.1.1. Rules for the use of the Internet portal (hereinafter referred to as the Users) by visitors and users (hereinafter referred to as bcw.com.ua).1.1.2. Terms of use of personal data, as well as the rights of the Users who provided them.1.2. The owner of the Portal is an Individual Entrepreneur Onufriienko Ruslan Oleksandrovych, Taxpayer Identification Number: 3416612715, address: Tsentralna Str. 44, Marianske Village, Kryvyi Rih District, Dnipropetrovsk Region, Ukraine. 1.3. The use of the bcw.com.ua website by the User means that the User accepts and undertakes to comply with all the following terms and conditions of this Agreement.1.4. This Agreement, bcw.com.ua in whole or in part may be changed by the Owner at any time without any special notice to the Users. The new revision of the Agreement, the content of bcw.com.ua shall enter into force from the moment of publication and amendment.

2.Rules of use of the portal by the Users

2.1. The bcw.com.ua website contains intellectual property objects (including copyright objects, trademarks for goods and services): photographs, videos, graphic images, music, sound works.The exclusive rights to use the content of bcw.com.ua (including the right to select, arrange, systematise and transform the data contained on the bcw.com.ua website, as well as the original data itself), except as otherwise specifically stated in the content of the materials published on bcw.com.ua, belong to the Owner.2.2. A User of bcw.com.ua who is under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of his/her parents or other legal representatives to receive a consultation. If the parents or other legal representatives of the user of bcw.com.ua do not agree with any term of this Agreement, the User of bcw.com.ua is obliged to refuse to use the site.2.3. Distribution, publication or other use of bcw.com.ua materials is not allowed without the consent of the Owner.2.4. In case of violation of clauses 2.3. of this Agreement, the User shall be liable under the current legislation of Ukraine.2.5. The User undertakes to use bcw.com.ua only for lawful purposes.2.6. The User undertakes not to post the following materials on the bcw.com.ua website:2.6.1. Violating the legislation of Ukraine, containing threats and insults, violating public order, having the nature of obscenity.2.6.2. Violating to some extent the honour and dignity, rights and interests protected by law of other persons.2.6.3. Contributing to or containing calls for incitement to religious, racial or ethnic hatred, containing attempts to incite hatred or calls for violence, as well as other materials that in any way violate the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine.2.7. The Owner is not responsible for the personal opinion posted by the Users on bcw.com.ua.2.8. The User undertakes to:2.8.1. Not to use bcw.com.ua for advertising or other promotion of any goods and services;2.8.2. Not to upload and/or post on bcw.com.ua any materials protected by intellectual property law (including copyright, trademark law) and other materials protected by law without obtaining the written consent of the Owner.2.8.3. Not to place information materials of bcw.com.ua in any printed media, printed collections without the prior written consent of the Owner.2.8.4. Not to place the information materials of bcw.com.ua in any search engines, databases or any other electronic publications and collections (including the Internet).2.9. The User agrees that he/she is solely and fully responsible for violation of the terms of this Agreement. The User undertakes to reimburse any losses arising from such violations.2.10. The Owner has the right to delete information posted on bcw.com.ua in violation of the requirements of this Agreement.2.11. The Owner has the right to block the actions of the User who violates the requirements of this Agreement without explaining the reasons for such blocking.2.12. From the moment the User violates the requirements of this Agreement, all agreements are considered cancelled.2.13. The User who uses the information resources of bcw.com.ua is the one who has read and accepts the terms of this Agreement.

3.Terms of service

3.1. By ordering the Service through bcw.com.ua, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.3.2. When placing an Order for the Service, the User fully agrees to the following terms and conditions.3.3. The date of placing the Order is the date the User fills out the electronic form of the Order for the Service.3.4. All specified information is filled in by the User in the appropriate form on the Portal at http://bcw.com.ua3.5. Upon receipt of the digital form, the Owner shall contact the User to provide advice.

4.Final provisions

4.1. The Owner does not guarantee the absolute uninterrupted or error-free operation of bcw.com.ua and undertakes to make all reasonable efforts and measures to prevent this and eliminate the problems that have arisen.4.2. The Owner shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, losses caused by defects in any electronic or mechanical equipment not owned by the Owner, for problems with data transmission or connection that occurred through no fault of the Owner, for the quality of public communication channels through which access to bcw.com.ua is provided, as well as in case of blocking access to bcw.com.ua as a result of actions of third parties.4.3. Nothing in the content of this Agreement may be understood as the establishment of agency relations between the User and the Owner, joint venture relations and any other compensatory relations not expressly provided for in this Agreement.
